Self-Service Resetting AU Account Password 
The Office of ITS will enforce to use the “forgot password” system on 19th September 2022 and our staff will no longer support for changing password on other channels.
Group Email Sending Permission Request Form
The Office of ITS just created the "Group Email Sending Permission Request Form".
Please use the form if you would like to give a user with the specific groups sending permission.

Every AU member can use their AU Account to login to Google for Education services such as Gmail, which is currently the official AU Email system, Google Drive, Google Site, etc.…
Services
Remote Assistance service
Sometimes, solving technical problem via phone or message only is not enough for complicated issues. In such case, our technical support may ask you to bring your device to the campus. Anyway, alternatively, you can ask for Remote Assistance Service.
AU Account
We provide a user account called AU account for all faculty, staff and students. All faculty, staff and students will get an user account automatically without any request or any form filling.
Wifi Connection
There are about 1,600 Access Points over the campus which cover 80% of public areas where you can connect to the Internet via our WiFi connection. You need an AU account to get access to our WiFi service.
Learning Management System (LMS)
The LMS is a system that can help the schools to deliver their teaching materials to the students as well as to keep track of the students progress like homeworks or assignments. The LMS also supports online examinations with flexible types of questions.
