We provide a user account called AU account for all faculty, staff and students. All faculty, staff and students will get an user account automatically without any request or any form filling.

Sometimes, solving technical problem via phone or message only is not enough for complicated issues. In such case, our technical support may ask you to bring your device to the campus. Anyway, alternatively, you can ask for Remote Assistance Service.

The LMS is a system that can help the schools to deliver their teaching materials to the students as well as to keep track of the students progress like homeworks or assignments. The LMS also supports online examinations with flexible types of questions.
Wi-Fi Connection
There are about 1,600 Access Points over the campus which cover 80% of public areas where you can connect to the Internet via our WiFi connection. You need an AU account to get access to our WiFi service.

fill your username and password. if success you will get this page.
Noted:
- Currently, you can connect up to 2 devices per account and 12 hours for each logged in session.
- If there is no internet usage for 30 minutes, the system will automatically log out. After that, if you want to use the internet, you have to login again.

Computer Laboratories
The Office of ITS provides computer laboratories to support all teaching and learning activities as well as other computer-related activities like doing assignments or research. Every faculty and students can get access to the computer laboratories at any time if they are not occupied.

Examination Machine Service:
Even though there are more online examinations but onsite examinations with multiple choices are still being used. We are responsible for helping instructors to check their examination papers and analyse for basic statistics.
